One address reaches everyone here. Corrections get priority over everything else — if something on this site is wrong, that is the thing we most want to hear about.
We read everything. We reply to corrections and factual questions; we do not reply to every partnership pitch, and we never reply to link-exchange requests.
Corrections
This is the category we care most about. Prices move, terms change, and regional availability shifts without announcement, so some of what we publish will go out of date before we catch it.
To make a correction actionable, include the page URL, the specific sentence or figure that is wrong, and ideally a source we can check: the platform’s own page, the brand’s terms, or a regulator’s register. We verify independently before changing anything, and we note substantive corrections on the page itself.
Questions about a product
Happy to answer what we can, within limits. We can tell you how a region lock works, what a platform charges, or what a redemption process involves.
We cannot tell you whether to buy a particular cryptocurrency, what will happen to a price, or what you should do with your money. We are not licensed to give financial advice and would be wrong to try.

We are an information site with no relationship to any platform’s support function. If you have sent a gift card code or crypto to a scammer, act immediately: contact the card issuer’s fraud line, then report it to your national consumer protection body and the police. Our safety guide sets out the steps in order.
Anybody who contacts you afterwards offering to recover the funds for a fee is running the second stage of the same fraud. Recovery scams specifically target people who have already lost money.
Partnerships and commercial enquiries
We do work with commercial partners, and those links are marked as such in the page source. What is not available at any price: a rating, a ranking position, a guaranteed recommendation, editorial input into how a product is described, or removal of an unflattering conclusion.
If that is compatible with what you had in mind, get in touch. If the pitch involves us publishing text you supply, or adjusting a comparison in your favour, please do not. Use the same address with “Press” in the subject line. We are happy to discuss how the crypto gift card and voucher market works, what the fee structures look like, and where consumers reliably lose money. We do not comment on individual companies beyond what we have published.
What not to send
- Link exchange or guest post requests — we do not do either
- Private keys, seed phrases or voucher codes. Never send these to anyone, including us
- Requests to promote a token, project or investment opportunity
- Personal financial details of any kind
Response times, honestly
We are a small team. Corrections are handled quickly because they affect readers. Factual questions usually get an answer within a few days. Commercial enquiries are read and often not replied to, which is not rudeness so much as arithmetic.
